Most organisations are live within one to two weeks. We configure your portal address, branding, membership packages and registration questions with you, import your existing member list, and train your admin team — then your members simply activate their accounts by email.
No. We import your member list — cleaned and deduplicated, with member numbers preserved. Members then claim their existing profile with a one-time activation email; nobody fills in a form twice.
Yes. Every organisation gets its own portal at its own address, styled with your logo and brand colours. To your members it looks and feels like your system, not ours.
Membership fees are invoiced in Namibia Dollars, per member and per package, with automatic renewal reminders before expiry. Payments and outstanding balances are tracked in the platform, and we can integrate with accounting systems such as Sage Pastel, Xero and Zoho Invoicing so month-end reconciliation stops being a re-typing exercise.
Yes. Registration questions can differ per package, and members-only content — news, documents, webinars, AGMs, podcasts — can be restricted to specific packages, with an optional locked preview that quietly promotes upgrades.
Yes. Send targeted email campaigns to all members or filtered groups (by status, member type or package), with reusable templates and a full delivery log. SMS messaging is available as an add-on.
Each organisation's data is strictly separated — your admins see only your members. The platform is operated by iMarketing Consultants in Windhoek, with regular backups and secure, role-based access.
